Ownership structure

ECRA is a limited liability company and is owned by companies from the energy industry and industrial companies as well as banks. The shareholders from the banking sector are Oesterreichische Kontrollbank Aktiengesellschaft and Investkredit Bank AG each holding 12.50 %. Further shares are held by the clearing agencies for electricity -  CISMO Clearing Integrated Services and Market Operations GmbH (12,95 %), Vorarlberger Energienetze GmbH (4,00%) and TIWAG-Netz AG (4,00%) as well as further companies from the energy industry (e.g.: VERBUND - Austrian Renewable Power GmbH, EVN AG, Salzburg AG für Energie, Verkehr und Telekommunikation, Energie Klagenfurt GmbH, Wienstrom GmbH, LINZ STROM GmbH and Energie AG Oberösterreich). Additionally, there are shareholders from the industry associations, industrial companies and the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce.
